Video: Drugs, Mental Health & COVID-19

On the 28th May we held a Live Peer Panel: Drugs, Mental Health & C-19. We talked about mental health, drugs and Covid. This has been a whacked time for all of us, so we want to have an honest discussion, and reflect together about how we can look after ourselves and our community. We’re answering your questions, and want your input- so sound off in the comments below

Chatting about big feels and how we're all coping, is SO important - and we are grateful for everyone's honesty and for showing up today. But it can leave us feeling a bit heavy and drained.. so let's all remember to engage in some self-care tonight. Take some time to reflect on your own wellbeing, take a screen break and do something relaxing, or reach out to someone supportive in your life.
